Casa Santa Maria offers 220 m² of living space spread across four fully air-conditioned levels, all accessible by lift. The ground floor houses the fitted kitchen, dining room and living room. The three bedrooms are spread out on the upper floors, each with an ensuite bathroom and terrace.
The holiday home has a total of 180 m² of terraces with sea and mountain views. A heated swimming pool completes the facilities.
The village restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the beaches of Île-Rousse are a 10-minute drive away.

Casa Santa Maria is located in the centre of the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a 10-minute drive from Île-Rousse and its beaches. The village has restaurants, a bakery and a grocery shop, all within walking distance. Monticello and its well-known gourmet restaurant are just three kilometres away. Calvi-Balagne airport is 40 minutes away.
The holiday home offers an ideal base from which to explore the Balagne region: the hilltop villages of Pigna and Sant’Antonino on the Artisans’ Route, vineyards and the Wine Route, the Regino golf course and hiking trails. In July, the Festivoce in Pigna is 15 minutes away.

The house has a lift to all levels. There is also an internal spiral staircase starting from the first floor leading to the upper floors.
