A superb home between sea and mountains in Santa-Reparata
Casa Bianca was formerly an old stone stable, carefully restored to create an elegant, spacious holiday home. Stone walls and vaulted ceilings bear witness to its history, while the contemporary furnishings offer all the comforts of premium accommodation.
The 250 m² of fully air-conditioned living space is divided on three levels. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. On the top floor, the open-plan kitchen and living room enjoy panoramic sea and mountain views.
Outside, 160 m² of terraces and a private heated swimming pool overlook the surrounding the landscape. A private garage completes the facilities.
In the centre of the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beaches of Île-Rousse are a 10-minute drive away.

Location
Casa Bianca is located in the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a 10-minute drive from Île-Rousse and its beaches. Calvi-Balagne airport is 40 minutes away.
It is an ideal base from which to explore the Balagne region: the hilltop villages of Pigna and Sant’Antonino on the Artisans’ Route, vineyards and the Wine Route, the Regino golf course and hiking trails. In July, the Festivoce in Pigna is 15 minutes away.
Swimming pool
Private heated swimming pool, 7.10 m x 6.4 m (depth: 1.6 m) with security alarm. Steps lead down to it.
The swimming pool is heated from 11 June to 11 September. Outside this period, the pool can be heated but must be pre-booked and additional costs may apply.
As the staircase is steep, we recommend that children remain under adult supervision at all times.
