Named after the famous Corsican singer who once lived there, Casa Regina offers 300 m² of fully air-conditioned living space, spread between the main house and a separate outbuilding. A spacious living area with a living-dining room combo and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace on the ground floor. The first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is also on this level.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with a terrace or balcony, each with ensuite shower room. The outbuilding houses a sixth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private courtyard, ideal for extra privacy.

Casa Regina is in the centre of the Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna village, a 10-minute drive from Île-Rousse and its beaches. Restaurants, a bakery and a grocery shop are all within walking distance. Monticello and its gourmet restaurant are just three kilometres away. Calvi-Balagne airport is 40 minutes away.
The holiday home is ideally positioned for exploring Balagne: the villages of Pigna and Sant Antonino, the Artisans’ Route, vineyards, the Regino golf course and hiking. In July, the Festivoce in Pigna is 15 minutes away.
